Dexter Rings is a custom manufacturer of Masonic rings, among many other things, based in Kent, England.  Dexter does a full line of completely custom rings, cufflinks, pendants and charms, signet rings and just about any kind of jewelery you can imagine.  Prices for Masonic rings start at around $340 for silver, and they will do rings in yellow gold, white gold, red gold, titanium and even platinum.  The photos of the work on their site appears to be quite impressive.
